Excellent staff, well-trained and resourceful. Good paid internet connection compared to free options in other hotels. Convenient location with local restaurants and shops. Upgraded room made a huge difference to the stay

They were always quick to respond to any requests I had, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, although I would have liked more seating options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
That the breakfast options were the same every day. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

Great location, lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The lobby is excellent, resembling a palace. The staff is professional and helpful, providing excellent service. Good internet connection for a fee.

The location is perfect, great to explore Beirut easily. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Despite a small issue with the roof pool, we felt safe and well taken care of by the attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Beirut.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the sea, just down in the streets. It is also so close to Hamra street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities that make the stay enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. the hotel offers a pleasant experience with its convenient location and comfortable rooms.
The Wi-Fi connection can be weak and unreliable.
